Spacebank, a specialist in intelligent digital transformation (AIDX) led by CEO Woney Lee, announced that it has signed a proof-of-concept (PoC) agreement with Health Nuri Uiwang Municipal Senior Care Center to pilot the operation of a smart nursing facility powered by its AI Human Care solution.
Under this agreement, Spacebank will provide its proprietary AIoT Wright (HumanCare) solution free of charge and conduct real-world validation of its performance and usability within an actual nursing home environment. The solution combines AI and IoT technologies to deliver safety management functions such as respiration and heart rate monitoring, as well as fall detection for elderly residents.
Spacebank’s Daily Safety Monitoring Solution, based on the AIoT Wright platform, was recently designated as an innovative product by Korea’s Public Procurement Service, demonstrating strong traction in the public sector. Utilizing AI-powered smart radar sensors, the solution detects subtle movements in a non-contact manner and monitors falls and posture changes in real time, enabling early identification of emergencies and rapid response. It has recently been deployed at Incheon Second Municipal Geriatric Hospital under the Inseong Medical Foundation, where it operates as a 24/7 safety monitoring system, providing a non-intrusive care environment for both patients and medical staff.
During the pilot period, Spacebank will support the demonstration project by providing its HumanCare software, along with related devices such as CareRate heart rate and respiration sensors and fall detection sensors, as part of an integrated human care monitoring solution.
