When Spacebank talks about technology, our starting point is not the technology itself. It is the real-world problem that needs to be solved. No matter how advanced AI or robotics technology may be, its value remains limited if it cannot address practical challenges in the field.
Spacebank began in 2018 with a platform business built around spatial data. From there, we expanded into DataOps and DXโcollecting, processing, and analyzing data while automating business processesโand gradually connected these capabilities with AI, IoT, cloud, and robotics technologies.
Not every step of this journey was planned from the beginning.New technologies and business opportunities emerged as we continued asking a simple question: What do our customers actually need in the field?
In many ways, Spacebankโs journey can be summarized as an evolution: Spatial Data โ DataOpsยทDX โ AIยทIoT โ Robotics โ Physical AI

๐กFrom โSpaceโ to the Real World
So what does โSpaceโ mean to Spacebank? Our name reflects two ideas: the spaces where people live and work, and the value of the data generated within those spacesโour โBankโ of data and intelligence.
Every physical environment generates data: human activity, the movement of objects, equipment operations, and business processes.
Spacebank began with the goal of going beyond simply collecting this information. We wanted to accumulate, analyze, and transform data into new value and better experiences.
Today, the meaning of โspaceโ is expanding.
From the spaces where people live, to industrial environments, to cities and public infrastructure, and now to spaces where robots operate. As AI begins to understand and act within the physical world, the environments Spacebank works with are entering an entirely new stage.
๐กFrom AI That โThinksโ to AI That โActsโ
One of the most important developments in AI today is Physical AI. Until recently, AI primarily analyzed information within digital environments and presented the results to users. Now, AI is increasingly connected to sensors, robots, and physical devices, enabling it to perceive real-world conditions, make decisions based on data, and translate those decisions into action.
Spacebankโs AIoT Wright HumanCare solution and RoboViewX robotics orchestration platform are both part of this evolution.
HumanCare uses non-contact radar sensors to detect indicators such as respiration, heart rate, movement, and falls, helping identify abnormal situations quickly based on real-time data.
RoboViewX takes this concept further by connecting different types of robots through a unified platform, enabling operators to monitor robot status and task progress in real time and manage operations in an integrated environment.
For Spacebank, Physical AI is not simply about giving AI a physical โbody.โ
It is about creating a continuous process: Collect Data โ Understand the Situation with AI โ Connect to the Physical Environment โ Take Action Our vision is to seamlessly connect the digital and physical worlds so that AI can deliver meaningful value where it matters most: in the real world. ๐ค

๐กBeyond a Single Robot: Creating an Environment Where Robots Work Together
One of the technologies at the heart of Spacebankโs Physical AI vision is RoboViewX. Across industrial environments, more robots are being deployed for delivery, security, guidance, cleaning, and other tasks.
But as the number and variety of robots increase, a new challenge emerges. When robots from different manufacturers operate in the same environment, managing each robot through a separate system can quickly make operations complex and inefficient.
That led Spacebank to ask a different question: โRather than building one more robot, how can we help different robots connect and work together?โ
RoboViewX was developed around this idea.
It is an integrated heterogeneous robot management and robotics orchestration platform that connects different types of robots through a unified environment, providing real-time visibility into robot status and task progress while integrating operational data.
Simply put, RoboViewX helps multiple robots operate not as isolated machines, but as part of a connected and coordinated operational environment.
In August, RoboViewX was also featured on Oracleโs official global APEX blog as a Robotics Orchestration Success Story, introducing Spacebankโs approach to managing and orchestrating heterogeneous robots to the global technology community.

Where Technology Goes Next: Defense |
Defense is another important area where Physical AI can create significant new possibilities. Defense environments often require more complex combinations of equipment and systems than conventional industrial settings. AI and unmanned systems may also need to perform missions in environments that are difficult or dangerous for people to access directly.
In response to these changes, Spacebank is expanding the commercialization of its AIยทDX technologies for defense applications.
Spacebank was recently selected as a partner company of the Gyeonggi Defense Venture Center, establishing a stronger foundation for defense technology development and commercialization.
Building on our technologies for integrated management of heterogeneous unmanned systems and tactical software deployment, we are exploring opportunities to connect the operational needs of the military with innovative AIยทDX technologies from the private sector.
The Gyeonggi Defense Venture Center supports partner companies in identifying defense commercialization projects, technology development, testing, and evaluation, while facilitating collaboration among the military, research institutions, and industry.
Spacebank will continue exploring how its AI and digital transformation capabilities can support greater operational efficiency, intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, and faster field response in defense environments.

๐ฟ Spacebankโs Next โSpaceโ
Spacebankโs technology journey continues to expand. From spatial data, to DataOps and DX, to AI and IoT, and now to robotics and Physical AI. Technologies that may appear different are increasingly converging toward one common goal: โSolving real-world problems through technology.โ
This philosophy, shared by Woney Lee, CEO of Spacebank, has remained consistent throughout our journey.
Technology is not the destination. It is a means of creating new possibilities for people and real-world environments.
Looking ahead, Spacebank aims to connect AI, data, IoT, and robotics as we evolve toward becoming a Physical AI Platform Companyโcreating environments where people, AI, and robots can collaborate naturally across the physical world.
And this September, we are proud to support the next generation of innovators exploring new possibilities in defense AI.
