Dear Clients and Partners,

As we enter the final month of the year, the streets are filled with warm lights, and it becomes a natural moment to look back on what has been achieved.

For Spacebank, 2025 was a year of bringing technology closer to human beings and sharpening our ability to resolve real-world problems.

In this process, AI and robotics technology are rapidly transitioning into the 'Physical AI' era, no longer a distant future, but deeply integrated into our daily lives and industrial sites. The global tech industry is quickly moving towards the next stage after 'Generative AI,' where AI directly interacts with the physical world, known as 'Physical AI'.

At the epicenter of this transformation are humanoid robots, AI-based operations technologies, sensor- and edge-based processing technology, and the platforms that integrate them all. Global players are already expanding Physical AI deployments in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and service industries, and the market is expected to fully blossom around 2026.

Various tasks Spacebank has been undertaking throughout this year in digital safety control and AI-based robot operations are now ready to advance to the next stage in 2026. In particular, our Physical AI Test Lab built in close collaboration with Sungkyunkwan University, and our next-generation robot operations platform RoboViewX, which we will showcase on the global stage at CES 2026, mark the starting line of Spacebankโ€™s next chapter in future technologies.

In this final newsletter of 2025,
we are pleased to share Spacebankโ€™s Physical AIโ€“driven technology roadmap for 2026.ย

A Sandbox for Experimenting and Validating Robot Services

Spacebank has recently taken an important first step by jointly establishing a โ€œPhysical AI Test Labโ€ with the AI-Industry Collaboration Center at Sungkyunkwan University.

This collaboration is a strategic initiative to:

  • Test Physical AI and robot DX technologies in real-world environments
  • Discover and support promising startups
  • Build a robust testbed ecosystem for robots and AI

When we refer to โ€œPhysical AI,โ€ we mean intelligence that goes beyond processing information on a screen. It is technology that naturally interacts with physical spaces, objects, and human motion. In other words, AI is no longer confined to data in a system โ€“ it is connected to the real world through robotsโ€™ eyes and arms, sensors, and operational systems.

Within this Lab, we will be building a specialized test environment calledย LPAT, where robots, sensors, and AIoT systems can be integrated and evaluated in realistic conditions.

This space will support a wide range of initiatives, including:

  • Physical AI and DX convergence research
  • Proof-of-concept experiments by research teams such as the Defense AI education programs
  • Testing of Physical Robot AX (Automation & Experience) technologies

Our goal is to develop the Lab into an open verification hub that can be actively used by enterprises, institutions, as well as research organizations.

More importantly, the Lab is being built as a robot service validation space based on an SDR (Software Defined Robot) platform.

Rather than relying solely on traditional hardware-centric robot dev
elopment, we are creating an environment where required software capabilities can be rapidly added, configured, and updated. This enables more agile, scalable robot service development.

Going forward, Spacebank will leverage this Lab to implement diverse, real-world Physical AI scenarios, in which robots, sensors, and environmental data are seamlessly integrated into one unified platform.

The robotics industry is now widely referring to the rise of the Physical AI and humanoid robot era. At the heart of this shift lies the ability for robots to understand their surroundings, collaborate naturally with people, and make situational decisions in real-world environments.

RoboViewXย is Spacebankโ€™s answer to this new era:
a next-generation, integrated robot operations platform designed for Physical AI.

It enables organizations to manage diverse types of robots through a single unified interface and system, playing a critical role in the increasingly complex robot ecosystem.

๐Ÿ“One Platform for All Robots โ€“ Core Concept of RoboViewX

RoboViewX provides:

  • Integrated control of heterogeneous robots
  • Centralized monitoringย of video, sensor, and behavior data
  • End-to-end visibility into robot movements, task history, and risk factors

With real-time video streaming, 3D visualization, and timeline-based management, operators can accurately understand:

  • What each robot is doing now
  • How the environment is changing
  • How to respond in real time โ€“ all within a web interface

In addition, OTA (Over-The-Air) capabilities enable remote software updates without on-site visits, significantly reducing operating costs and improving service stability.

๐Ÿ“What Makes RoboViewX Different

RoboViewX is built on a convergence architecture that is difficult to find in traditional robot operations systems.

Key differentiators include:

  • Low-Code Builder + LLM-Based Control
Empowering users to compose and orchestrate robot functions with minimal coding, enabling more user-driven, flexible control.
  • WebGL-Based 3D Visualization
Providing an immersive, three-dimensional representation of robot actions and environmental conditions.
  • DDS-to-WebSocket routerโ€“based conversion architecture
Ensures both robust robot data reliability and web-based accessibility.
  • MQTT-based messaging and control system
Scales to a wide range of robots and sensors, enabling stable operation even in complex environments.

๐Ÿ“Designed for Usability โ€“ Not Just Functionality

Industrial solutions are often perceived as complex and intimidating, particularly for non-experts.
RoboViewX challenges that perception.

With:

  • Intuitive 3D visualization
  • Responsive chart dashboards
  • Natural-languageโ€“based AI control (Smart Assistant)

RoboViewX delivers a user-friendly UI/UX while maintaining strong technical depth and design quality.

๐Ÿ“Shaping the Future of Robot DX

RoboViewX is currently undergoing active functional enhancement and will be demonstrated at CES 2026, held from January 6โ€“9 in Las Vegas, USA.

Through RoboViewX, Spacebank aims to create an environment where:

โ€œAny organization can easily adopt, operate, and scale robots.โ€

We believe this will accelerate digital transformation across industries and, ultimately, contribute to safer and more efficient societies
